Fordana Terms of Service
Fordana is currently in a demo status and is not a complete game.
By playing on the demo server, you agree not to nag or complain
about bugs, errors, flaws, and other technical problems associated
with playing. You further agree not to exploit any bugs, errors,
flaws, or other technical problems.
You realize that your character is a demo character and at some
point may need to be reset in order for the game to be completed.
You realize that items may be taken from you for no good reason
what-so-ever, and that items may be changed into other items as
no item codes have been finalized at this stage. You agree not
to complain about such issues.
You realize that the DevTeam's time is valuable, and in order for
Fordana to be completed they must spend it wisely. You agree not
to do anything that would prevent them from completing the game,
such as harassing other players, exploiting bugs, hacking the server,
or causing any mischief what-so-ever.
You realize that in doing so, you may be banned without any notice.
You also realize that given the choice of policing the server or
completing the game, DevTeam will pull the demo server offline so
that they can complete the game. In other words, don't mess it up
for everyone else.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE TO PLAY FORDANA! We are
not responsible for the chat and actions of other players. You
acknowledge that chat filters are no replacement for good parenting and
realize that Fordana may be unmoderated. Naturally, we are not
responsible for the actions and chat of anyone playing Fordana.
"We" includes the authors, programmers, owners, volunteer moderators,
graphic artists, webhosting companies, link associates, and anyone
else that has anything to do with Fordana at all.
Most importantly, you agree to have fun and enjoy yourself while playing
Fordana.
